Eleven Police Agencies Execute In Excess of 20 Search Warrants

Acting on information initiated through the Vancouver Police Department property crime section, members of the Organized Crime Agency of B.C. in partnership with ninety officers from eleven police agencies, executed in excess of twenty search warrants on marihuana grow houses in residential areas of Vancouver, Burnaby and Surrey earlier today.

A press conference will be held at the Vancouver Police Department media center, 2120 Cambie street at 10:30 am, Friday March 17th 2000 in order to provide further details.
